We’re here to help you release stress, and experience more freedom in your body and joy in your heart. We’ll get to know you and give you all the support you need to make your yoga practice feel good for YOU. Our community of students and teachers are truly the kindest, most uplifting people you could ever meet. We think you’ll love being a part of our community.
Our studio is a great place for beginners to start yoga, and for more experienced practitioners to explore the deeper layers of yoga. Our classes range from slow and gentle to strong and active, and we have weekly yoga classes just for seniors.
Our approach to teaching yoga is supportive, uplifting, and safe.
We’ll never ask you to do anything that doesn’t feel right for your 1-in-7-billion body, and we’ll never push or pull you into poses that don’t work for you. We care much more about making your yoga feel good, than making you look a certain way in poses. That’s why we always offer different variations and options - even in our most challenging classes.
We’re inclusive and accessible in every way.
No matter where you are in your life, your background, or level of experience with yoga, we welcome you with open arms. If you’re “not flexible”, come on over. If you have an injury or health condition that needs a little extra care, we’d love to support you through it. If you have doubts about whether you can do yoga, we’ll help you surprise yourself!
