Intro to Meditation

Learn a simple, systematic approach to meditation that you can return to over and over again. In this course, we explore a traditional yogic meditation approach, including relaxation and breathing techniques to prepare you for the practice of meditation itself. We’ll also explore ways to overcome the challenges of meditation, and how to choose the right meditation practice for you.
