Interested in transitioning into more flow classes? Already flowing, but a little unsure of proper form within poses? If you experience discomfort in your wrists, shoulders, or low back while practicing yoga, a little extra awareness to your alignment could be just what you need.
Sun salutations are a key element of flow classes, so it’s important to make sure you’re practicing them with good alignment and an understanding of which variations are right for your body.
In this workshop, Christa will empower you with all the knowledge and tools you need to make your flow practice more rewarding and sustainable. We’ll refine our down dogs, planks, cobras, lunges, and all the transitions in between. You’ll also learn how to know which variation of each pose is right for you.
