Celebrate spring! Join Christa for this special all-levels flow class set to live acoustic music by David Robinson … or just join us after for light refreshments while connecting with other members of the Kindred family.

Practicing to the vibrations of live music is an experience that will truly lighten your heart as you head into spring. The class itself will run from 6:30 to 7:30pm, but we encourage you to stay afterward for light refreshments and laughter with our community of yogis. If you can't make the class itself, we'd love to see you afterward.

The acoustic class is a FREE event for monthly unlimited members, $20 for non-members. The community gathering is free, but please RSVP in advance.
